Payment;

For payment at the check-out stage there are a few options.

Option 1; PAYPAL. Here you can pay by credit/debit card or if you have one your paypal account. This is the payment gateway we would prefer our customers to use. A common question we get is people saying they can not pay by this method as they don't have a paypal account. It's ok if you don't have a paypal account, simply click on the paypal logo when paying for goods. You will then be taken to Paypals' login page, on the left hand side of the page there is a button which says pay by card. This is what you need to click if paying by card.

Option 2; MANUAL CARD TERMINAL; Here you can submit your card details where we will process your payment manually. All card details are deleted at point of sale and no card details are kept on file  by us.

Option 3; SECURE CARD TERMINAL; Click on checkout when paying for goods and choose "SECURE CARD TERMINAL" from the drop down menu. All payment details are handled and authorized by payment specialists Nochex and this is what will appear on your card statements.

Privacy Policy;

Your e-mail address, phone number etc are not given to third parties we only use your e-mail address to notify you of the status of your order. No spam and no marketing e-mails or calls.

Delivery;

 - Domestic - Postage is £2.95 for all UK customers. Items are posted 1st Class Recorded Delivery.Which takes 1-2 working days from time of despatch.There's special delivery too for UK customers at £4.65 and takes 24hrs. All items are sent with Royal Mails' track & trace.

 - European Deliveries - Postage to European Union is via AIRSURE at £6.20. Postage includes insurance and comes with a unique tracking number. As your order is being sent from within the E.U. there is NO tax to pay on any of our items.

Returns;

We aim to ensure all customers are completely satisfied with their purchases.If for any reason you are unhappy with your item please post back within 7 days of you receiving it and we will refund the full amount. Please note refund does not include the cost of postage and customers posting items back are responsible for the items safe passage back to us. Also, on Seiko watches there is a re-stocking fee of 10% as we need to replace the box and have the watch professionally cleaned.

RECYCLING

WEEE Regulations:

The Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Directive is now UK law. The legislation aims to make producers pay for the collection, treatment and recovery of waste electrical equipment.  The regulations also mean that suppliers of equipment like high street shops and internet retailers must allow consumers to return their waste equipment free of charge. 

The amount of WEEE we throw away is increasing by around 5% each year, making it the fastest growing waste stream in the UK. 

• • Much of the UK’s WEEE ends up in landfill, where the lead and other toxins it contains can cause soil and water contamination. This can have a harmful effect on natural habitat, wildlife and also human health.

• • Many electrical items that we throw away can be repaired or recycled.  Recycling items helps to save our natural finite resources and also reduces the environmental and health risks associated with sending electrical goods to landfill.  

Distributors of new Electric and Electronic Equipment (EEE) have a part to play in reducing the amount of WEEE going into landfill sites.

 www.monkeyswag.co.uk is obliged under these regulations to offer our customers free take-back of their WEEE on a like-for-like basis when they buy a new Electrical or Electronic product from us. 

For example, if a customer bought a new digital watch from us we would accept their old unwanted digital watch and prevent it going into a landfill site by disposing of it safely. Customers must return their WEEE item to us within 28 days of purchasing their new item. 

Under the WEEE Regulations, all new electrical goods should now be marked with the crossed-out wheeled bin symbol shown below:

Goods are marked with this symbol to show that they were produced after 13th August 2005, and should be disposed of separately from normal household waste so that they can be recycled.
